well i am sticking with Vegas just wanted to now if Vegas and Premiere could do the same thing and sorry for not understanding me my keyboard is really messed up and did not have a chance to get it fixed

although possible, editing with after effects is not suggested (after effects is...well, meant to put effects into your video after you're done editing it...not to do the editing [ie trimming of clips and clip placement])
