Favorite genre, hn...i listen to quite a bit of different stuff but I guess it'd have to be Electronic Pop, Pop/Rock, Metal, and Alternative Rock. Depending on my mood.

Particular generes :
1. Bigbeat - Cirrus - Fatboy Slim - Stereo MCs
2. New Breaks - Hybrid - Other random songs, but no other particular Band
3. Breaks - Bomfunk MCs - Cut N' Run/Crisp Biscuit - Asian Dub Foundation


Some other generes I like very much are :
Rock
Metal
Industrial
Hip-Hop/Rap
Trance
Shoegaze
Quite everything electronic or experimental.

Of course every genere has good and sucky songs.

I enjoy classic rock and blues alot when it comes down to just listening or playing on the guitar. I'm on a Johnny B Goode binge right now if that says anything =p

for editing, alot of general rock, some hiphop, iunno, whatever I like or whatever works for the idea I'm trying to convey.

I mainly switch between shoegaze and industrial with all the sub genres. For instance I've been pretty obsessed with powernoise/rhythmic noise lately. Nothing is set in stone though, my taste is expanding continually.
