Anime Soundtrack

I'm looking for a soundtrack from any anime that is very pretty music, with lots of piano and softer instruments. Can anybody recommend one?

Haibane Renmei for sure (lots of piano pieces)
Koi Kaze
Someday's Dreamers
Texhnolyze 1 2 (lots of techno and electronic, but has some great piano pieces)
Samurai X OVA
R.O.D. the TV 1 2 (a mixture of music, but many beautiful pieces, same composer as Samurai X)
Insert clever text/image here.

...why does it have to be anime? There are plenty of piano players out there who make amazing pieces.

Personally, I am a really big fan of the "voices of a distant star" soundtrack. It's probably one of the best soundtracks I own. (granted I only have one however).

Go with the Master - Joe Hisaishi.
And any one of his soundtracks for Miyazaki films.

Claymore OST, if Silent Hill were an anime, I'd highly recommend that.
