I was looking over my collection from way back when and I saw Baz Luhrmann's "Sunscreen" piece.

You mean like William Shatner's Has Been album? My favorite track off that CD is "I Can't Get Behind That" with Henry Rollins.

evergrey's "when the walls come down" i believe fits that criteria.

That's right. And now that you mention it, OSI might count as well. Although, Kevin Moore's ... um, "singing" style isn't exactly "singing" nor is it really spoken words. But I think it still might count.

Talking Heads's "Once in a Lifetime" fits this pretty well.
