Suggestions for Dramatic "Trailer" Music?

Postby Gox777 » Sat Feb 03, 2007 10:26 pm

I'm trying to find that typical dramatic music that you always hear in movie trailers.
Any idea what I could use?
It has to be instrumental because a friend of mine will be doing the narration in that dramatic narrator voice. :p

There are many companies that produce this shit specifically for trailers. They release albums under names like Immediate Music, X-Ray Dog, Groove Addicts, Brand X, and so on. Their stuff isn't generally available to the public, but it does tend to get leaked online. Message at MidnightViscount over AIM if you're interested in this shit.

I suggest E.S. Posthumus, the Dragonheart soundtrack, the Now and Then, Here and There soundtrack, and "O Fortuna" from Carl Orff's Carmina Burana.

Many thanks guy!
I went with Pompeii by ES Posthumus so I didn't have to end up bothering requiett after all.

I'm making a trailer parody for the "Moekan Company" fakedubs that my group and I have done. It's an idea we had for a contest at a convention this month. I should be finished with it in a couple days so I'll upload it here when I'm done.
