The saddest song...

Postby Koi Kaze » Wed Aug 30, 2006 6:45 am

In search of the saddest most minor using depressing song. My only boundaries is that it can't be any kind of metal or rock... everything else fine. Classical, hip hop, anime related... anything!

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Forget the "depressing" part... I think what i want is something so beautifully sad if you tried you could cry but in a good way. meh it's hard to explain. Example of something i think is quite like this is for it's beauty is Green Bird... but the problem with this is it isn't as sad as it is just emotional... gah i dunno how to explain see what people can do. Thanks for your suggestions so far they did fit my previous description but i'm afraid they'll push me over the edge... so yeh scrap the depressing. sorry.

why didn't you say that in the first place?

however, check out the two songs 'music from a muse' and 'the last wrongs' by oceansize.
it still appears to be kinda rock, but it's more prog than anything else...

Either one of two things happened in your post there Koi. Either your insults SUCK, or you misspelled mexican. I'll let the viewers decide.

It was all in Jest, I wasn't actually attempting to insult him. He has the right to an opinion i was just imitating him, hence the "/end" thing. If you aren't gonna make a valid suggestion don't bother posting.

Moma's just a little girl, by Tupac. While people go on about how other (mainly metal and rock) songs are depressing, this one actually makes you feel bad. There's something so raw about the nature of rap that makes lyrics feel more human than those of other genre's.
