You of all people do not reserve the right to call anyone ignorant. Myself, Mr. Stromler, and The Unlimited, have been trying to get a point across to you, which you fail to get.
1. There is more to Rap than what you get on television and radio.
2. There is more to the same artists that you normally get on television and radion, than what you get on television and radio.
3. It takes talent to rap, just like its takes talent to sing and compose a beat. Not everyone can do it. And if you still don't believe, then try making you own rap record and see how fast you'll get shut down.
4. Anyone can put words together that rhyme, but that doesn't mean that they can rap. There is a difference between rapping and reciting poetry.
5. By proper definition, rap is talking in rhyme and rhythm over a musical beat. The Unlimited pointed out the singing is also talking, so by default all songs with lyrics, regardless of genre, can be defined as talking in rhyme and rhythm over a musical beat.
