You're going to have to be more specific. Sigh's record
Hail Horror Hail has been billed as "the soundtrack to a horror movie that doesn't exist", but sounds completely unlike, say, Mortician's entire catalog, which is composed of 40-minute records that are not only 60% horror-movie samples and 40% grunting over absurdly low and fast guitar riffs, but are also almost completely interchangeable with each other.
I'd recommend the Sigh, but you're more likely to find Mortician...and any random Mortician record should suffice.
You may also want to look up
Goblin, who scored a lot of Dario Argento's stuff and are one of Sigh's major influences.
