They're the band that taught us that "The owner of a lonely heart, is MUCH better than the owner of a broken heart." I've been a Yes fan since 2002. The first two Yes CDs I bought were "Fragile" and "Close To The Edge". Later that same year, I purchased LP vinyl editions of "Fragile" and "90125". The latter title was named after it's catalog number (sad, isn't it?). In 2004, I individually purchased CD copies of 90125 and Big Generator, and the latter wasn't that great. Anyway, Yes is a great band. Jon Anderson and company are full of genius. They can make good music alright! My favorite Yes tunes are:
I've Seen All Good People
Roundabout
Cans and Brahms [Extracts from Brahm's 4th Symphony in E Minor Third]
We Have Heaven
South Side Of The Sky
Long Distance Runaround
Close To The Edge (18 minute track!!!!! 18 minutes and 40 seconds!!!!!)
Owner Of A Lonely Heart
City Of Love
Rhythm Of Love
Big Generator
