I can't believe no one's mentioned Michael Kamen. He was great, he did film scores for all 4 Lethal Weapon films, He did the orchestral work on Pink Floyd's "The Wall", he worked with Queensryche, and he did several other film scores. He died from a heart attack in 2003 (and I didn't know until a couple or a few weeks ago). He will be missed.
