Comfortably Numb - Pink Floyd

Aah, this is one of my favorite Pink Floyd songs.

I can't decide if Another Brick in the Wall, Welcome to the Machine, or Comfortably Numb is my favorite. I guess they all are.

Rage - Ghosts

Ok ome may find that the "Lingua Mortis Trilogie" is a copy of Metallica´s symphony stuff but I think it´s alot better than that commercial Metallica crap.

Iron Savior - Tales of the Bold

OK, I have to admit, this entire album is amazing. I only have one qualm: the lyrics on the official site seem to have a number of what can only be typos.

"In the End" - Linkin Park

Why? Because I'm trying to decide which songs describe Logan's personality cause I want to make an angst/action music video all about him...

I'm fully open to suggestions guys...Guys? Aww nuts...

I have a suggestion.

Something not done by Linkin Park. Sorry, there are just too many AMV's with that band.

For Logan, try a little song called Payback by Flaw.

Or better yet Invisible Wounds by The Fear Factory, specifically -the suture mix-.

Orphaned Land, "Ocean Land"

I kept hearing good things about this band, and I finally got the opportunity to check them out. I can't really describe their style....they're just a really good metal band that happens to be from Israel. It's kind of like halfway between Dark Tranquillity and Within Temptation; never very good for reference points, but it's all I can come up with. Good stuff even so....

Sanctus - November

Nice Black Metal with some little alternative song structures (compared to Dark Throne or Gorgoroth). Sound pretty good, I bought it for my friend Maruk as a little Chrismas present I´ll send it to him in the next few days altough I don´t think that he´ll get it in time (he´s in the states).

The Music itsef is quite original I think most songs contain some nice slow passages with piano and or chello and the lyrics are just my type. All in all nice Black Metal as I sai before.

P.S. Coverartwork by Niklas Sundin

Dark Tranquillity - ... of Melancholy Burning

One of their finest compositions. It´s the pure essence of the mid 90s melodeath from Gothenburg, melancholic, gloomy and intelligent. Nothing is better than their combination of pure expressionism and dreamy make up. Very nice melody lines combined with great growl and clear female vocals. And the typical accoustic guitar feature at the end ... like in the early times of At the Gates In Flames and DT ... I envy their ability to create such intense music. They acheived quite a high technical level very early, the same applies to their song riting. But their mystical component got lost over the time so not all of their new creations were able to reach the brilliance of the songs wrote during the early 90s ( "The Gallery" was the last one of the "pre-century media era"). After that they got much more financial background so the production got better but there face was changed so drastically that the sound nothing like before, but still great still better than 95 % of the other CD´s I own (there are many)

and another grat one is:
