Evanescence - Whisper

The problem with Evanescence is that you like the song so much you OD on it and have to wait a month to stand listening to their songs without fainting. After a month you OD again on a different song by the same band. On my free months (currently ODing) I listen to Iron Maiden, Metallica and Rammstein.
And God spoke unto the Chicken, and He said: "Thou shalt crosseth the road", and the Chicken did cross the road, and there was much rejoicing.

Boys (Eurobeat Remix) by smile.dk

No, I'm not gay.

Really.

Like most songs I pick up on, this one will likely be AMV material. A Haunted Junction Dance AMV might be a bit beyond me still, though....

(Majin-Koji, I still think that Aussie singer's song, "Young Boys Are My Weakness" would work better. Hook a brother up!)

Gah, ignore that, Mr. Koji, you aren't who I thought you were.

Darn forum/chat room name differences.

Anyway...back on topic a bit....

Antonio Carlos Jobim - "As Praias Desertas" as performed by Morlenbaum^2/Sakamoto

Pretty song, even if I've gotta beg for the translation, as it's in Portuguese. (Title means "The Empty Beaches"). Got this one on a timeline and everything, trying to figure out where to go with it. :)

Nathan Fake - "Overdraft"

2:55 of pure awsome techno. Or was it trance?

Anyways, it's moody, and might just work for an amv.....but you gotta find it first.

I dare you to find that on retail cd! (as in, not on ebay)

move's Ghetto Blaster

I really like this single compared to their last one, DOGFIGHT, which I thought was a little okay but still good to listen to. I might actually use Ghetto Blaster for an AMV, but I don't know which anime I want to use yet.
Yeah ... I use a Mac ... it works and I like it.

"Do You Feel the Same" from the new Ian Van Dahl CD called "Lost & Found".

Currently my favorite track...one that I'm listening to and hoping for an AMV idea to surface.

The CD has somel nice pieces and the sound is typical Ian Van Dahl. Their singer is still Annemie Coenen (almost sounds like "a-ni-me"). Unfortunately, several of the songs feel incomplete and unfinished, almost as if they're expecting remixes to follow. Which will no doubt happen. The last CD has generated a huge number of remixes already.

Wow, that would be good for making AMV's, with the techno sound and all.

You should definitely pursue that.

Ignite - "By My Side"

I keep saying I don't like hardcore, but I keep dragging out these Long Beach ecowarriors and still digging them. Something doesn't compute, but it's cool music, so I'm willing to live with the contradiction.

I was going to do a Krillin (original DB) profile with this song a long time ago, but now probably never will...too many DVDs to buy, and bumping down the quality to fit the concept would be too much work.
