8) Van HALEN

I don't know. I can't see Kurt Cobain as a Rock God. That's what he was trying not to be, for God's sake! And I agree with Shadow: Where's the Pink Floyd and Def Leppard? Also, you can't leave out the Rolling Stones! Another I thought of, and you all don't have to agree with me, is ZZ Top. They're still rockin'.

1)Ozzy Brain rotted mumble mouth now
2) led zepplin Not as cool after Puffy raped "Kashmir" with THEIR help
3) black sabbath w/o ozzy Okay enough I'd suppose...
4)metallica Cool right up to "Load". Now old, tired, greedy farts.
5) kurt cobain Killed himself. Whoooo, he's now got mystique!
6) AC/DC Still going last time I checked, but pretty much a pathetic joke. My local "hard rock" station plays them with Linking Park to "keep it real"
7)Iron maiden Hit cliched status YEARS ago
8) Van HALEN Hey, my local "hard rock" station plays them after Tool.

Not to burst your bubble, it's good to like the classics, but are any of these guys still rock gods? And are their legacies still that great after they've expired beyond their sell by date?
I'm out...
