Hey, just curious. I've heard a few AFI songs, "The Despair Factor", "The Leaving Song Pt. 2", and my favorite so far, "The Days of the Phoenix". Is this old or new AFI? And if it's new, could someone recommend me some old AFI?

despair factor is fucking great, haven't heard the other songs you've mentioned though. I don't know too much about AFI

The Despair Factor and the Days of the Phoenix are both on the Art of Drowning Album, released in 2000.

I love AFI, I'm not an AFI fan from the beginning, first heard DoTP and God Called in Sick Today in 2000 and from that time on they were my absolute favorites.

Check out the Black Sails in The Sunset Album (<---awesome) as well as The Art of Drowning and do not forget their 2003 release Sing the Sorrow, that's pure radness.

They are no Pop-Punk, you'll know this if you listen to them, there is no Pop at all in their songs especially not in the past (Their first three records are hardcore Punkrock and differ much from the actual music)

Well that's what I can say ^^
(I made an AMV to God called in Sick today last year.)
