I probably have 30 CDs in my collection which wouldn't have been heard of of by anyone here solely beacause they are Australian bands. eg. Who here has heard of TISM?
I think even the Australian members (all three of them) would have trouble placing that band with a song name even though they have a career spanning 20 yers with ten albums. I own eight albums/ collections of theirs, does that equal diversity.
Also just knowing about it doesn't mean anything just that you have listened to your dads records alot (by force or by choice), liking it is a different story.
But if I was to say that I had heard of the afore-mentioned song would it mean anything? No.
Listen is isn't bad for one person not to have heard it, but I would expect at least oen of the hundereds of users that traffic the site to have heard the song, (and so far two of ofthem have heard OF the band.) and btw, you ever heard the Cobbers? they're an Australian band that is pretty cool.
