50 cent... top selling cd

Postby HellBlazer » Fri Feb 14, 2003 10:48 am

Here's beating a dead horse...

Get Rich or Die Tryin' will be the top-selling album on next week's Billboard albums chart, moving in excess of 872,000 copies, according to SoundScan figures released Wednesday (February 12). With the tremendous total, the LP is the best-selling debut album since SoundScan started its tracking system in May 1991. Only Snoop Dogg's 1993 debut, Doggystyle, comes close, with more than 802,000 copies sold in its first week.

I havent heard the cd yet.. but I hope someone buy's it for me as a valentines gift....

i lost a lot of interest in mainstream hip-hop awhile ago; gangster rap and 50 cent are no exceptions. :lol: good for him though, selling out 'ol snoop by 70,000 copies.

this subject makes me wanna listen to some Dilated Peoples now.. *(*

I like their song "In da club" ^^; :D but I really like the first few sentances like "go Shawdy it's your birthday! We gonna party like it's ya birthday!" ^^;

in da club is tolerable, so I'd say they have something really great there, as I'm a punk fan and hate anyhting hip hop or rap. By just the fact I can stand to listen to it doesn't surprise me it's so popular. I liked Eminems with out me, but only while watching the video, I can't stand to listen to that song by itself, such as on the radio or cd.

I pirate frequently, it's what you do when you have no money, but every cd I've ever pirated I've bought later when i had money.

Could someone burn a copy of 50 Cent's CD for me?

Wait, I should probably clarify: Could someone melt a copy of 50 Cent's CD for me? 8)
