my fav one is, without a doubt, "Reckless Fire", from Scryed. i also think basically anything from Shoujo Kakumei Utena or Gravitation is great.

Utena's music is great, I love the dueling music.

And as for Gravitation, I don't think anyone whoes listened to the music has said they disliked it, or the series.
