We definitely don't have to schedule any time yet, because we don't know anything about the event times. But I'd like to get an assumption of how many people might be there and where we all would like to eat.

Is there any information about the contest? Like when the deadline is? What are the categories? How the judging is going to be done? Any disqualifications? And what are the prizes? Is there a website to this convention? You have to say this stuff or it's unlikely you'll get anyone to reply, because ...

Since a majority of the members are males, I doubt that this is a good idea since the women will probably just go undisclosed. There really won't be any point to it.
