Well, the weird thing is that it's not in the source vid when I play it in any other player. Why would it be just when Premiere enters it into a project?

I did export the file, and it still had the pixels. Even the exported file in WMP had the pixels still there. It's like once it runs through the project the pixels appear. They do not, however, play in the Clip Window in Premiere before I drag and drop it to the Timeline.

Hey guys. I'm trying to make an AMV, and I think there might be something wrong with my settings in Premiere.
