I had to read that name twice to let is set in. Yes. Tsukin made an AMV.
Fun, easy to follow, good music, good transitions, and good step-wise sync.

Re: The Truth about Bad AMVs
I'm okay with this, because some people get the style I was using to build up towards Surprise in my thread... and some people don't get it. I fully accept that.
So I can laugh at myself, though it does feel a bit cruel in some respects.
If you are okay with that, I am okay with that.

Re: The Truth about AMVs
I got to say, I'm a bit disappointed right now. Not so much by Ying-- he's always flaunted stupidity as a way of squandering his intelligence. And Chuck is just oblivious to how unwilling he is to use his own mind. But Todd... I did not expect this from you. You know better. There is no substance he...

Not quite. The words are not synonyms outright. They have very different meanings. Surprise is the thing that leads to something being Good. Good is the end result. Surprise is how you got there. Then if you figure out the things that lead to Surprise, you can continue backwards to see how it all wo...

*cough*
Well, if my List of AMV Resources & How-To Guides was just Omni-Stickied, you probably would have found it.

Re: The Truth about AMVs
But what if the "surprise" annoys you? then it tips the scale to the bad side :P oh, for sure, surprises can be negative *overall* but for a split moment, the surprise catches you off guard. When that happens your brain immediately realizes "Oh, it's that stupid shit again..." and reverts to annoya...

Re: The Truth about AMVs
HOLY FUCK! WE ARE TREADING SOME REALLY GREAT TERRITORY HERE! I'll be the first to admit that I'm not fully happy with the word Surprise either; but thus is the limitation of Language. You could use the word Appeal to a certain extent, but I think Appeal is more of a subset of Surprise. Sort of like...

http://i49.tinypic.com/4hcglc.jpg I'm actually surprised I hit perfect. DAMNIT MCHY! Technically we are tied, but I'll still concede to your win... for now... ._. --------------------------------- If the test was properly done, it shouldn't, but as we can see [...] oh, yeah, I never considered that...
