Re: Terraria

I've tried Terraria and I found it pretty entertaining. I would join if I were a little bit more closer to where you probably live. I would lag too much.

PD: such a shame that creating a server and using a client takes up to 95% of my CPU :/

Re: godix passed away today

From the few times I chatted with him on IRC, I can say he was a truly open-minded and intelligent person. I know I fell for many of his "traps" on the past (the 0-score-free-opinions and signature pointing to your videos) but it was never something personal, but something you would look b...

Re: Premier CS3 audio cuts out

Clearly read speeds can't be at fault in this case, given that you don't have any problem with video and you haven't had this problem before upgrading to Win7. I would suggest you to update Win7 (if you didn't up to this moment). This happens with all audio as well, right? Check with other format, i...

Re: ASIANS IN THE LIBRARY

She could have left this garbage for herself, but no, she had to share it in the internet

Not quite smart, in many ways.

Re: Lucid Dreaming

Lucid dreaming is in fact possible. I experienced it a few times already, mostly after reading a pdf about the topic and thinking about it (it's in great part due to suggesting one's mind). It's basically the same as dreaming only that you're conscious of the fact that you are really dreaming. I cou...

Re: The definition of "settling"

It's only worth finishing it if you are enjoying it/feel like twisting the concept a bit, even when you feel the message you initially wanted to send won't be conveyed in the video. You might have lost time on it, but if you force it, you're gonna trash even more time. Anyway, I guess most people wi...

Re: The Org Redesign - New Features and/or Function...

The problem with "saving a copy" is that they can be photoshopped or faked... a report button that automatically sends a copy of offending message to the mods would be a fair compromise for me to have the return of the edit button for everyone :P Truthfully I think a lot of this is waitin...

Re: The Org Redesign - New Features and/or Function...

Well, you could always save a copy of the edited post for admins/mods to see, which would be good in case something bad (insult, or whatever) was written, and was later changed. I've always been in for an edit button, and while I don't think it's something really eligible as a perk for donators, I c...

Re: AMVs that make you want to give up

Well, the fact that you can't achieve certain effects doesn't mean that you can't create a good video. I must admit that sometimes, effects, when well applied, can become the center of the video itself. But then again, the most important thing is the substance, to try and send some kind of message.

Re: What are you playing?

I think I'll be going for Silver once again to see if I can reach the end. Although I'm pretty sure it will crash in the middle of the game due to some compatibility problem.

Re: Return of #AMV

The bot logs the userID I believe and serves the member page up as <NME> !member <a girl with pretty eyes> NME is NME, member since 7/13/01. 25 videos, overall rating 8.11/10. Forum posts: 1816. http://tinyurl.com/4tgjbmj The problem is, though, when they change their nick in IRC :dino:

Re: Return of #AMV

Well I don't think there's a reliable method for that... unless people don't change their nicks that much and try to keep them somehow alike (but I guess the last thing a scraper bot wants to do is to be checking congruencies between usernames :P)
