Hey .org,

Happy returns - it's been a while now. I bet you thought that I was dead!

But I'm still here.

Don't forget to take his PS3 and the games too! He's clearly having too much fun with them O: *** I've had a pretty amazing week! 2 month anniversary with my lovely lady, and plenty of other fun things :3 Among those other things, I "officially" became a pilot this past week by spending ab...

Re: Little Things You Hate

Yeah, that sucks :( It's one of those things, though, that should remain in little things - workplaces like that aren't worth being frustrated over .__. I actually hate the process of job-searching in general and am very very happy I haven't had to do it for a while. Something about it is just soul-...

Check out some of Tezuka's more mature-oriented works, too - after all, Urasawa took after him in many ways as an inspiration.
One good, realistic drama of his to start with might be Message to Adolf :D

Re: What's the most famous person you've seen in real life?

The Japanese emperor, Jacques Chirac, Noam Chomsky, and a few famous musicians that I'd seen live. Oh, and having lived in Ottawa for a few years, caught a glimpse of quite a few Canadian politicians, though topping that list was definitely Jack Layton who stopped by and chatted with my dad on a str...

Re: The Vent Thread

Please be sensitive in the vent, it's a thread that's meant for people to post about things that bother them and get sympathy. It's really insensitive to post jokes like that, especially if you don't know the situation :(

Re: The Vent Thread

My parents are probably going to be in Valencia sometime in the next while. They don't really have plans, but they think they'll probably be renting a place in Sevilla for a couple of months and going on all sorts of trips from there.

Re: Kill La Kill

Shameless low-budget episode! :D Rarely do you see an obvious drop in animation quality used to such hilarious and obviously planned-for effect :D I know Trigger had fun with this episode, and so did I. From the bus sequence where I was laughing my ass off start to finish, to the clever Tarantino re...

Re: The Vent Thread

By this time tomorrow, my parents are gonna be in Spain. While I'm happy they're going on an awesome adventure for the next 5+ months (and it is an adventure - they literally don't even have definite plans, just plane tickets and a rented car), this also means that for the first time ever, I won't h...
