My apologies, I was typing on lack of sleep and made the jump from Key to KyoAni too quickly; I haven't actually seen the show.

You might want to look at the other KyoAni/Key pairings, like Kanon, Air, and Little Busters.

Vegas Pro starts at $400 US. There are $600 and $900 bundles as well.

You can also get the much less expensive Movie Studio, which starts at about $100, though it doesn't have all of the features the full Pro version does.

Sony makes a trial version available HERE. After the 30-day trial is up, you'll need to buy a license to keep using it.
