Alright so I did remember it right. :amv:
Since f bombs seem to be such a troublesome thing in the US, I wasn't too sure about it.

Re: Working with several anime series in one project?

Scene selection is one of the hardest parts of AMV editing in my opinion, which is also why you'll often see AMVs edited with just opening/ending sequences (they have some of the best animations and require little effort to track down those specific bits), as well as movies and short series and such...

Re: Software Problem?

I'll try to be clearer. Basically, his reported issue is that, if you check his posts with the "Search user’s posts" function, you'll notice the more recent ones won't show up correctly in the preview. http://www.animemusicvideos.org/forum/search.php?author_id=1130314&sr=posts More spe...

Re: DVDCloner Vs DVDFAB For Ripping (MAC)

DVDFab is just as good with the free version, no need to resort to buying a license for other software when the free alternative gets it done just as well.

Re: Old User Looking for Old Posts

The various forums and topics are still backed-up, though closed. They are accessible to me, but I'm not sure if normal users can actually view them. If you can give me some pointers I can attempt to find the posts for you and paste their content to you in PM, if you so wish. For the sake of it, tho...

Re: Anime Confirmation Requests

No, it's aliased. It means if someone picks Junketsu no Maria, the system will then select Maria the Virgin Witch (TV) in its place.

Re: multi-source and aspect ratios

Hunt down the DVDs if they exist... that's going to help. Besides that, there really isn't a wrong or right when mixing sources with different ratios and resolution. Scaling down/cropping the bigger one will generally end up looking better and more uniform, but OTOH depending on how many sources you...

Re: Is Elements 13 adequate?

Generally speaking when one wants a software in that price range, the common suggestion is Magix. I haven't been impressed much by Elements when I tried its demo, Premiere Pro is just a LOT better (and a lot more expensive too, though). I can't tell you much about Vegas though, I've never been comfo...

Re: Avspmod 16bit input

What to you mean "never shows right"? If it's because you see green vertical lines and stuff like that, everything is fine: avspmod will preview the avs as if it was 8 bit, so obviously a 10 or 16 bit video shown as 8 bit is going to look very weird. When you pipe it to x264 as a raw video...
