Re: One Piece AMV: Luffy Season 1

And here's the catalog entry 191705 For future reference, you can do that automagically by using the vidid tag. It's a nice piece of custom bbcode, made by dokidoki, that pulls and formats video information for use in our forums. You just put the video id, the very last part of the url of your video...

Re: Move (towa no quon)

The vidlink tags only work with videos listed in our catalog. Since you've entered the video here, it's a pretty simple change. You just need to put the video id, the very last part of the url for your video information page (after ?v=), into it instead. And, actually, in this case you'll probably w...

Re: Looking for these Anime scenes

For #1: Try Clannad (second half of the series), Clannad: After Story (throughout the series), Ah! My Goddess (TV), or .hack//roots (first episode or two, I think). A few scenes from Soul Eater might work too. For #2, the first thing that comes to mind is Misato from Evangelion. Melissa Mao from Ful...

Re: star score jump

about the best answer I could come up with is this: For purposes of calculating star averages, not all of the star ratings on any given video are used. There is a script that is scheduled to run every 4 hours that makes a list of users who give extremely similar ratings to all the videos that they r...

Re: star score jump

JudgeHolden also noticed this, and now that I look at my videos, the same thing has happened to me. I don't have enough recent views to justify the jump (I've had 5 downloads/previews since the start of the year). Now that I have a full-time and part-time job (I get to work 7 days a week! WOOOOO~) m...

Re: Putting my YouTube AMV onto the site?

I'm not exactly sure what trouble you're having here.

Entering the video information into the catalog doesn't require any files from you. You just need to know things like the anime and music that you used.

Are you talking about adding a direct or indirect link?

Re: new amv i did on youtube

Topic locked because you haven't entered this AMV into our catalog yet.

This type of topic really belongs over in AMV Announcements. After you make the catalog entry, you can send me a PM and I'll unlock, un-spoiler, and move this thread over there for ya.

Re: [Dance] Draga - Fly To The Sky

Topic unlocked. Here's the catalog entry 191172 For the future, you can easily post video information, like I did above, using the vidid tags. They're a nifty piece of custom bbcode that dokidoki made. It only works on our forums. It can work on other forums if someone manually transferred the bbcod...

Re: Why can't I connect? ANd 1 more question..

The username and password are different for each video you upload, are different from your site username and password, and are only valid until you confirm the upload (I think). You'll need to request upload permission on each video you want to upload to get the username and password to use for FTP....

Re: [AMV] Zoro vs Ryuuma

Moved to AMV Announcements. Also, the vidid and vidlink tags are meant for videos entered into our catalog. Both of them only work with a video id number from this site (and only on these forums...and other sites that manually copy/paste the code that makes the magic happen). I'll use your video as ...

Re: Preview video don´t work

It seems to work fine for me. Watching previews requires both Flash and Javascript, if either one is disabled you will see a message saying "update flash or enable javascript". Have you tried watching a preview on another computer? Have you tried clearing your browser cookies for the org? ...

Re: Avatar : The Legend of Korra AMV

Moved from AMV Announcements to General Discussion.

Also, I have deleted the catalog entry for this video because Avatar (Korra too) does not fit the definition of "anime" that we use, and Korra is the only source used in the video.
