Right click on the clip you want to slow down and go to video options. Field option and unclick the option "deinterlace when speed under 100%" That should fix the problem. I've only had it not help in one time.
Both your HuffYUV and uncompressed versions looked good, right? If so then its probably TMPEnc, not HuffYUV or uncompressed.
