Right click on the clip you want to slow down and go to video options. Field option and unclick the option "deinterlace when speed under 100%" That should fix the problem. I've only had it not help in one time.

Both your HuffYUV and uncompressed versions looked good, right? If so then its probably TMPEnc, not HuffYUV or uncompressed. Try different settings with TMPEnc or use VirtualDub to encode to DivX or XviD. If you still use MPG for encoding I'd use the profiles AD and ErMaC have in the guides on this ...

Its called Final Fantasy: Legend of the Crystals. But when I searched RightStuf for it, it was just called Final Fantasy OVA. Don't know if its out on DVD though. RightStuf only had it on VHS.

Never knew Co-Ed affairs was a manga. I've only seen the anime. I didn't like it at all.
