Opinion problem.

ok, when I logged on the site tonight, my members main page said i had a new opinion on one of my videos. But when I go to opinions receved, nothing is there. Can this be fixed.

I don't know where this should be posted.

Alright, I've seen animated banners on the site. But I tried to make one and it's too big. It only has 2 frames of animation, and it just shows different layers of text on the banner. Can some one help?

maybe try encoding just the video. then attach the audio in vdub? Really I don't know, but I tried.

When I hit preveiw on my .vob it says the frame rate is 23.976, and it is 98% NTSC. Also it recognises it as interlaced.
