I had the exact same problem, so I took closer look. Seems like the problem is here:
..\MP4Box.exe" -fps 29,97003 -add ...

When I replace that , with . the mp4 comes up fine. I think this has something to do with user locales, because Finnish locale uses comma as decimal separator?

Try this:
Point your mouse pointer at the bottom of Video event FX window (just below the grey line) where the mouse cursor should change to resize cursor, then press left mouse button and while holding it, drag your mouse up.
