Its just not encoded in .pss format. Some companies (such as sony) probably do leave it in .pss, but a lot will tend to go a different way.

The movies themselves don't have the subtitles on most occasions. Its usually programmed to run in game only, not just when the movie plays.

I split the ISO file (Kingdom Hearts), then tried to run it through the extractor. It didn't work, so I tried running them through individually. There are 3 files. The first stops at 98%.
