I believe they want people that enter to be present at the con, because nothing sucks more than to see a video win and the editor not be there. They have to watch every video, how else would they give out the Expo awards? I would guess they would play the v...

They show at least one video an editor enters in expo. They'll decide which video of your entries to show, unless, during the blocked expo hours, you request that a certain video of yours be shown. I believe that's how it works.
