Well I forgot to mention that if you do chose the E-Bay route...make sure you are bidding on something from a guy with a respectable trade rating. Also (like mine) make sure there is a 15 or so trial period to make sure everything works well. Don't bid from people with little or no experience on E-B...

Try going on E-bay and bidding on Premiere 6 / 6.5 / Pro / Pro 1.5 etc... I got my version of Premiere (full version) for just over 100 bucks!
