i both agree and disagree with orwell. jpg + HD = wtf. vectors make a LOT more sense. ok.... that's... odd. try the following if you haven't done so already: uninstall the .NET framework (1.1,1.5,2.0... whichever ones you have on your computer) then reboot, and reinstall the latest version (i think it is 2. something), try the encode again. let me know if that fixes it (i don't think...
