Sweet Feather (2017 remake) [Angel's Egg]

This is a remake of my 2003 AMV. I of course improved the video quality (a lot), made the concept bit easier to understand and follow, re-edited the scenes that bothered me in the original and added extra footage to the ending to tie the video. Old story, told in today's standards. Theme is sleeping...

Re: Potential Change to the Site Definition of Anime

1. Do you feel that the Org should broaden its definition of anime to encompass this "non-Japanese" anime? 2. If the site made a distinction between "Japanese Anime" and "Non-Japanese Anime", but still allowed both types of videos to be cataloged and uploaded, would yo...

Re: Yet another enthusiastic newbie

Also if I rip a video myself I can get rid of all the hardsubs, watermarks? Will that make it ethically legit for me to use and post around the interwebs? This hobby is rarely ethically legit, but if you have paid for the cd/dvd/BD you are using, it'll help you sleep better :) ...and yes, that way ...

Re: Back in Gear

Also trying to hop back into the wagon. Last try around 2013-2015 dried up because I wasn't really ready to learn how technical aspects had improved and just got everything messed up. Now I'm trying to 'learn the ropes' again and so far future seems a bit brighter. I have managed to nurture my inspi...

Guild of Dungeoneering

Something short and silly I made as a warm-up project, for I'm trying to get back to editing. Being parody combination of DanMachi anime and small indie card-RPG-game called Guild of Dungeoneering, it pokes a little jabs at both. Enjoy!

Re: Quietly, Secretly, Softly (Black Rock Shooter AMV)

I liked this one a lot ^_^b You got the music and anime working well together, and used stuff like footage sync and crossimages, which I just love. Flow was pretty much perfect. Neither music or the anime rank that high on my preferences, but this video is still very close to five stars on my list. ...

Re: Xmas Hell 2015 MEP

Mwahaha! I'm not even sorry this time! My personal favourites are the nekomimi ode to joy and twelve nights at freddys ^_^ I also liked the way clip-switch were done. It's true that at some of the clips seems to have nothing to do with christmas, but as a overall it's a nice classic Arctic Tribe hol...

Re: Girls und Panzer - Rolling Thunder

Hell yeah a Girls und Panzer AMV.. I thought and took a peek. Too bad that this doesn't really feel a Girls und Panzer AMV that I look for :( Don't take this wrong, your video editing is good and technicaly this AMV works. I liked seeing the good old barndoor-transition and you used it well. Bit too...

Re: AMV [Arcitc Tribe] Caffeine

Saw this one at TraCon and liked it a lot! I think it's very hard to use this sort of music but this AMV can be marked under 'success'. The contrast between the Grieg part at the beginning and the rest worked really well. Maybe some cutting and making it a tighter/shorter package would have kept the...

Hello! I'm baaaaack! ...kinda There has been some AMV contests here in Finland that I participated in, with couple of short comedic videos. Got my lazy ass to include them in animemusicvideos.org database and now even made announcements! Without further delay. Here's the comedy winner of Tracon 2013...

Thanks for showing interest ^^b (..you loonies) whoa where have you been man? Busy and distracted (work.. hobbies..) on an epic scale :( I thought it was decent but kind of all over the place in terms of editing style. Following the music :) I love working with any progressive rock since I get to mi...
