Well wat can i say about this video.....i like it but then i also dislike it, there's some clip repetition and everything but it was something that was rushed for one of mai sisters b-day (Youtube sis)
I know the song is cut as well because i pretty much lost inspiration of it, but when i started to rush was like after 1min into the video so before that one min. im mostly proud of that part :'D but after the 1 min. im proud of certain things XD
Enjoy? 8D

Rankoeds Productions, ~For those who Dream~

This is a video I made for James' (LordMoku) birthday ^^ He'll always be in my heart, I felt this would let him know just how much I cherish him =)

The first time I met him was when I was into Dragonball Z. The characters Gohan and Videl will always represent us because they have such a link to our past, and hopefully future ^^

This is a Gohan and Videl tribute.

Hope you all enjoy!!

        TRAILER INFO:
Anime: Digimon Adventure 02
Song: Flame - Witch Hunter Robin OST
Video: Fanfiction Trailer
Program: Sony Vegas

FANFICTION INFO:
Anime: Digimon Adventure 02
Couple: Daisuke x Ken
Rating: Undecided

"They started out as just dreams, but now they've become something... more..."

Another random project I made for myself to test out Sony Vegas and try to get some practice with it. This was an old fanficion idea I had a few years ago that I've changed enough now that this trailer doesn't really fit with it, but it was still fun to make. The idea behind the story was that Daisuke and Ken keep having the same strange dreams, but they start to become more and more real until it's almost like they're happening in real life. Eventually it gets so bad that they'll be in the real world like normal and then suddenly be in this strange other place they've been seeing in their dreams, and have no idea how to get out.

I hope I was able to make it look even remotely good and that you like it ^_^ And if not, oh well, it was still a good Sony Vegas learning experience for me XD

        Anime: Digimon Adventure 02
Song: O2 - Orange Range (Code Geass R2 first theme song)
Video: Theme re-make
Program: Sony Vegas

I decided to try re-making the Digimon 02 first opening video as a test project for Sony Vegas. I had just gotten the program and I wanted to use it, so I came up with an easy project to do. I used the first theme song for the 2nd season of Code Geass because it's one of my favorite theme songs of all time and I thought it'd fit well with Digimon. So I hope you'll watch and enjoy ^_^

Bauzi - Project Editor II [Round 2]: Word Association - Asshole

This is my video for Project Editor II - Round 2. In PE a list of contestants battle each other in rounds. Each round has one theme or challenge to edit to. After every round editors get eliminated (due to points they gather in the rounds) until only one editor is left: THE editor and winner!

More infos about project editor can be found in this thread:
http://www.animemusicvideos.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=96537&start=0

The theme of the video was to create a video to a random word. I got for the word association the word "Asshole". It was really difficult to think about a fitting concept. The goal of this round was that the judges should watch a video and can definatly say which was your random word (the judges had a list of all words). This made things complicated.

First I thought that I'll use GANTZ with the song I Feel Fine (by Slick Idiot), but I had to drop it, because I would had to watch the whole 26 episodes of the anime. So I decided to make a tribute to Yoshitaka of the show He's My Master with Lily Allen's song Fuck You.

The concept didn't worked out good. It might have worked better if I would've taken more time for it. Also I got quite fast annoyed of this video and made a quick end to it. Why should I work on something if I don't enjoy it, right? With more planning I might also could set the video around Pochi. Man that would have been hilarious! =)

So I'm no too pleased with this video. However the beginning is quite nice though.

Serious and Other for sure, Drama I'm checking it just to, more or less, not too sure it fits. But oh well.

This is my entry for the first IC held by <a href="http://animemusicvideos.it/">AnimeMusicVideos.it</a>. That's right, Italy finally got a proper site and an actual community.

27 people registered for this IC, 17 dropped, and out of the 10 sent videos I placed 4th. Osny (whom organized the IC and judged the videos) said that only the first 3 vids were any good, and the rest pretty much fucked up and missed alot. That's especially nice to me since I'm 4th ain't it? So close yet so far. *shrugs*

Anyways, I didn't exactly have fun editing this, mainly cause <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0diCvwHJjY4">I had a bad case of diarrhea</a>. It's milk's fault, not mine!

<strike>In any case I won't be uploading this on the org, not worth wasting space, though I think I'll put it on the tube. If you want to download it that badly, shoot me a pm and I'll provide a link.</strike>

EDIT: So I got some feedback saying that it's not that bad and it's worth sharing. Guess I'll be providing some links after all... meanwhile, here are the CRC32s of the various versions:

AVI 432p DX50+MP3: 69717DB9

I HAS FINALLY MADE VIDEO YEAH :D!?
Kay, so this is a simple and short video.
I did put quite a few effects for such a gentle song, but i felt like putting them, so stfu and watch it, KAY!?
I joke i joke
Anyway, this amazingly only took me 3 hours to do. I know, i know. I myself am pretty shocked LOL!
But yes, i heard this song on Nathaniel one evening and again, had one of my crazy, sparatic ideas and thought of Princess Tutu instantly.
This video really has no story to it. I basically used the promo trailer, and episode 13 only so it only shows Ahiru, Rue and Mytho.
I guess you can say it focuses on Ahiru and Mytho more, but idgaf, you interpret it yourself :)

This is dedicated to my favorite pair of british twins, Kassy Mai Watkins & Kristy Leigh Watkins(PinkKrisx3) whose birthday is on the 18th.
These girls have been there with me from beginning to end, so i thought i'd surprise them with a little early birthday gift :)
Enjoy you two! I love you both lots!

<i>In a strange and ever-changing world, where points of orientation shift and small realities of daily life appear threatened, a reasonable person might feel hopeless and despair. But hope is unreasonable. And love is greater than this.</i> <b>-Robert Fripp</b>

<a style="display:block;background:url(http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p301/myspb2006/asideban512.jpg);width:512px;height:290px;"></a>

Good evening hippies,

The best description for this video is as a mood piece, venturing into darker places with a hopeful tone. If you're familiar with the source - it's not all that far outside what the source has. Something along the lines of a journey out of hopelessness and despair by way of love.

This is a full-length serious video to a 7-minute short, specifically Glass Eye from Amazing Nuts. With the exception of a couple of frames of random noise, all footage in this video comes from this and not other parts of Amazing Nuts, which are good on their own merits. As such, it obviously had its limits in how well I could lay it out, but I think it came out surprisingly well. I don't know of any other videos that used this source in a similar fashion, so perhaps it would be interesting even for that reason. I've also used music the very recently-released Porcupine Tree album "The Incident", to which I've been addicted since I got my hands on it. There has also not been AMVs I know that used this so far. So at least in some respect, this AMV is quite fresh. I've put in a well-above-average editing effort into it, but don't expect anything unexpected from it technically - the most I have done here is a few overlays. Timing while preserving a sensible dramatic layout is where most of that effort went.

LYRICS

If you wanna stay
Always here
All these years
A last frontier

It's no concern of theirs
The world aside
Corrupts my child
So trust these eyes

Free love
Blind house
You don't need to know their secrets
Believe me

Pray and violate
Abuse your trust
False gods must
Purge their lust

The vices and the doubts
We resist
All this shit
So kneel submit

Free love
Free love
Bring love to all my sisters

Breathe out
Blind house
You don't need to know their secrets
Believe me

Breathe out
Blind house
Free love
Feel loved...

SOURCE NOTES

Amazing Nuts (Part 2 - Glass Eye)
http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=7246

The description on that site is woefully inadequate - "It's about a girl who's probably overdosed on some drug, and it has a very dream-like feel to it." - Uh, okay, maybe it's accurate enough, but sort of missing the point.

Although it's really rather bizzare and perhaps unnecessarily pretentious, Glass Eye was my favourite part of the short collection - maybe it just appealed to me with the imagery and message (*cough* artfag *cough*). Out of all of the shorts, I thought it stood best on its own and certainly had some of the strangest visuals. Since the vast majority of the source is represented in the video, I needn't talk much about it - it's all there. You can figure for yourself.

Porcupine Tree - The Incident
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Incident_(album)

Porcupine Tree are often classed as progressive rock, but really the group's work is simply rock that is progressive - i.e., it's often difficult to classify. What unites the band's sound is an uncompromising quest for intelligent composition and sharp production. It's really the best-sounding group I know, largely due to bandleader Steven Wilson's obsessively refined sound design. Ever since I saw them live in 2007, Porcupine Tree (and Steve Wilson's work in general) has been firmly... 2nd in my favourite music list. After the aforementioned Robert Fripp, of course.

Porcupine Tree's latest album, released just two months ago, was really the creative drive for this video. It started sort of slowly for me - I didn't initially think I would like it as much as I did, but after a couple of weeks in my playlist it grew on me so much that I couldn't stop listening to it. It ain't just a nice collection of songs and it pains me to present it in such a cut-up form in this video. It's an amazing song cycle. Talking about it doesn't do it justice either. I highly encourage people to check it out if this video's track appeals to them in any way.

The Incident - Part II - The Blind House

This is the first actual song on the album - an interesting combination of heavier, metal-influenced instrumentation and more sensitive, emotional songwriting. A curious fact about this song - according to Steven Wilson, the lyrics are a non-political, first-person take on those involved in this infamous incident: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/YFZ_Ranch
While this has nothing to do with the video, I thought I'd bring it up for curiosity's sake.

TECHNICAL NOTES

This video was a tough nut to crack for a couple of reasons, main one of course being the extremely constraining source. I think at least 80% of the scenes present in the original made it into the AMV in some way. The original layout for the video, most of which is very much present in the final, took only a few hours to make and went really easily. But when it came to tweaking and improving the timing, hours upon hours upon hours were spent revising and re-revising. The net result is only somewhat better than the original sketch-up, but I'm happy with it.

The video took approximately 40-45 hours total editing time to complete.

        Anime: Digimon Adventure 02
Song: Liz Phair - Why Can't I?
Couple: Daisuke x Ken
Program: Sony Vegas

"Why can't Ken breathe whenever he thinks about him?"

When I got Sony Vegas I realized I had to make another Daiken video with it, no matter how long it took. I ended up watching an Usagi x Misaki (Junjou Romantica) video with this song and immediately clicked it with Daisuke and Ken, so I put all of my effort into making this. I'm still learning how to use the new program, so I'm sure there are some neat tricks I have yet to use, but I'll be making more soon. However, I'm going to be switching to Code Geass (Suzaku x Lelouch) videos for a while now because I need to try something new. I'm also just kind of burned out on Digimon... lol. As always though, I hope you enjoy this video because it's my only Daiken with Vegas and it's my favorite of the bunch.

Round 2 in Project: Editor 2 was focused on editing a video to represent a random word chosen by other competitors. I received Nya-Chan's word, which was Nejnevykrystalizovávateln&#283;jšími. According to her, it's the longest Czech word, and it means "with the most non-crystallable ones". In other words, all I had to do to uphold the word is not show anything that could crystallize. I think I actually messed up on that count, but I figured it'd be simpler to just use a Czech song anyway. After some looking around, I stumbled across Sto zví&#345;at, a really kickass Czech ska band. After browsing through one of their albums, I decided to use Cromartie High School with their song Skola, since I used a show what started with C last round too. I was going to keep using C animes, but P:E is over forever.

After the deadline passed, I showed this to Nya-Chan to see how well it worked to someone who knew what the song was saying, because I edited it based off of a Google Translate translation. Turned out it was pretty far off (surprise surprise). At least I finished it, right? Here are the Google Translated lyrics I was using as a baseline, in case you're interested.

----------------------------------------------

Yeah man, it's hard to understand
As holy as the pope
and the language šlape
Rido with snoring, simply manure

Said I vermin and wish that flákám
and dad clear lever
me for the evening zfláká
while maka a horse

Everybody feels as it is here in the anus
when the sun shines out
the throat to catch it
them to puke, you know the drill

Sorry, our first model
hates jokes
and the mentally ill
disputes and they want more than I

For groups (to take poison)
Instinct tells you (that you, boy, Write)
that school as we
everyday destroying
Now you know (school is the world)
matters to you (whipped a blank map)
he just got in this herd
hold a series, left behind and nothing more (in her own you know what it is)

Dude, an elementary school
I shit and balls
as our úcou problem
it is a golem and a mustache

Of these uchi mace me roar
said he told her bile
therefore, for I guarantee
me now still more torture

It is a golem and a mustache

Rido with snoring, simply manure

It is to puke, you know the drill

----------------------------------------------

Btw, the eyepatch on Kamiyama at the beginning was intended to get mirkosp to give me an extra point in the judging, but obviously we didn't get that far.

Several months ago, Code tried to duplicate The Improv Project. Instead of giving each editor one week at a time to edit, he told everyone to start at the same time, and we all had four or five months to edit a minute and a half or so of audio. Frozen|Denial provided my audio, and I edited a rough sketch of my entry a few days after it started, because I got struck with inspiration pretty quickly.

Originally I was going to make the pairing between Mr. Mime and Delia Ketchum, but while I was watching the episodes I got the idea to show off one of my favorite Pokemon. Because of how the footage revealed itself, I spent most of the video in the Fuchsia City Gym, with short bursts of other scenes. The only real continuity disruption was from the first episode with Vulpix, but it makes me giggle so much that I left it in. That clip was a lot of fun to put together; it was actually the first scene I dropped in.

Anyway, here's Psylight. I hope you enjoy it.

Started this about a month ago, did 25 seconds or so, really wanted to finish it, and finished the last minute and a half or so in three or four days. O:

This is my birthday present for myself this year, a new release (November 15th) :)

I wasn't really sure how I would work with this audio at the time I got it. Even knowing the translation really wouldn't help me much. Then I grabbed my memories BD and thought the whole scene where the dude wakes up and notices everyone is dead would be an interesting thing to put to the audio. So I did.

Thanks and :shakefist: goes to Vivaldi for the audio.

Version on local is a 480p downscale from the original 720p edited project. The 720p can be found on my personal server.
