      <description>
        This is one of those AMV concepts that you just know will work the moment it pops into your head. I saw the &quot;Hello Again - Michael Puts the Babies to Bed&quot; video by Schmoyoho AKA The Gregory Brothers (The Autotune the News and Songify guys) and although that video is in the humorous style all their videos are in, I could tell their song was serious, and perfect for a romance/drama video with Makoto Shinkai's &quot;5 Centimeter's Per Second&quot; film.

I obtained blu-ray source footage of the film, plopped it into my editor, and got to work. This really wasn't a hard AMV to make, as the concept was so easy, and the song not very long. Not to say that it's not a solid concept, just that it's very easy to grasp. I think this will probably be my most mainstream video in a while. It may not as deep and meaningful as my other recent AMVs (especially &quot;You've Been Shot&quot; which I think is one of the greatest AMV's I've made) but that should work to it's advantage at Anime Boston (assuming it makes it to the finals).

        This Video Was A Labor Of Love from beginning to edn. I loved every moment of editing this. I hope you guys enjoy. This is my first Full Length AMV since 09. Or Since my Encore video. Take your pick.

Anywho, The story is pretty self explanatory. I made sure I made it easily followable. Many Thanks to Code for Betaing this all the way through for me. I owe you much, friend.

The song used is one of my personal favorites.

This video has a little bit of everything in it. Beat Sync, Lip Sync, Lyric Sync, Mood and a bunch of other stuff.

I accept criticism well, so don't be afraid to give me some.

Well, onto the video :)

      <description>
        It had been quite a while since I last released a video, but when I saw The Avengers trailer I knew that had to change.

After lengthy consideration (all of five minutes) I decided to pair up the audio with Negima. The OADs, with their higher quantity of action, really made that an easy choice. It also didn't hurt that I had wanted to use that show for some time, but never seemed to come across an idea that really sparked my interest.

It also so happened that when I came up the idea, Ohayocon had not yet closed their contest registration, so I that was my deadline. (It was enter under the action category as there wasn't one for trailer/parody.)

*VIDEO INFORMATION - WARNING: kind of spoilery*
While some exceptions exist, I rarely see a trailer that free swaps anime characters with movie characters to be very enjoyable. As such I try to follow &quot;hard&quot; casting rules. My cast is as follows:

Tony Stark = Negi
Thor = Jack Rankan
Capt. America = Kotarou
Nick Fury = Takamichi
Villain (not listing this due to spoiler) = Fate Averruncus
Agent = Eishun Konoe (Konoka's dad)

That covered all the spoken dialog.
*END VIDEO INFORMATION*

I find that I'm pleased with how this one turned out. It's not perfect by any means but it is alot of fun. My only serious regret at this point is that the footage from the movie wasn't available.

At any rate, hope you enjoy this.

&lt;a href=&quot;http://www.animemusicvideos.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&amp;t=108125&quot;&gt;Forum Announcement Thread&lt;/a&gt;

Probably the longest and most tedious project I have ever worked on. x__x

I started this in May 2011, completed 95% of it by August, went on break for a good few months, then added the missing beat sync in December 2011, touched up on a few more spots so finally being able to release this in January 2012.

The cleaning almost made me cry. Like seriously, those lovely sparkles and bubbles look great on the page....but cleaning them from the character = HELL. And since most of the nice scans had huge text bubbles over them, I had to remove the bubbles, redraw the missing part THEN clone the patterns back in. OH GOD. THE PATTERNS. Shoujo manga have too many patterns, cloning patterns is a LOT harder than cleaning white/black patches. Dx So yeah...I probably spent longer cleaning scans than editing the video itself. And then there's also my pitiful colouring.....

ANYWAY. I first had this idea back in May of last year when I asked Fishy for some songs she liked so I could use one for her birthday (except I picked another song in the end, oh well XD) and she gave me this. At that time I was reading Hiyokoi and I loved it for being so damn cute.

Thus this video was born.

The End.

P.S. The phone scene is fake. Courtesy of my photo-manipulation skills LOL. ;D

P.P.S. Yes I know the text effects are noob-ish but hey I made this last year and back then I thought it looked pretty awesome. XD And I didn't feel like changing it either because I felt like it would destroy the image I had for this video previously.

And also because I was lazy. XD

        *NOTE*: FOR SOME REASON, THE PREVIEW PLAYS THE AUDIO SLIGHTLY OUT-OF-SYNC.
IF THIS HAPPENS, PLEASE STOP AND START OR DRAG TO THE BEGINNING AGAIN.
I APOLOGIZE FOR THIS, THOUGH IT SEEMS TO BE AN ISSUE WITH THE PLAYER ITSELF.

Officer Birdy Cephon Altirra and Tsutomu Senkawa cross paths in a most literal and molecular way. Tsutomu usually has a say in what goes on, but when it's time for action... it's time for Birdy.

Featuring a track from The Go! Team's debut album, /Thunder, Lightning, Strike/ (2004), this AMV is all about the action with &quot;Junior Kickstart&quot; as the -instrumental- accompaniment. It's been quite a while since I've created an action/combat video (see &quot;Gratuitous Vampire Violence!&quot;) but this one turned out rather solid. So, come on... watch the Birdy!

ANIME: Birdy The Mighty (OVAs) - 1996
MUSIC: &quot;Junior Kickstart&quot; by The Go! Team from -Vinyl LP- of /Thunder, Lightning, Strike/ - 2004

This is my 2nd round video of Amazon Postulate's Beta Battle Tournament. The theme this round was games, so we were all given song packs from various games in order to make a AMV with them. Me and my opponent TheFallenHime were given songs from &quot;The World Ends With You&quot; game.

Anyway, I decided to use the anime &quot;Kurokami&quot; because the show is kinda like a grown up version of &quot;Zatch Bell&quot; combined with &quot;The World Ends With You&quot;. I've actually wanted to make a TWEY/ Kurokami AMV for a long time, I felt that this was the perfect opportunity. Oh and if you haven't seen Kurokami, you definitely should. Every single episode has some of the best action scenes that I have ever seen in a anime, and they never get boring, drawn out or repetitive. I have no idea why there are so few AMVs that use this show and why its popularity never really took off.

There were so many awesome characters and fight scenes that I had to leave out of this video, but I still like the way it turned out. It is a much faster paced video than any AMV that I ever made, so it was definitely nice to experiment with it. I might make another Kurokami AMV in the future in order to showcase my favorite character Excel. I was so sad that I had to leaver her out.

I hope you all enjoy.
